We accept the following:

General Policies:
 |
Payment: We require a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation. The balance will be due when the driver arrives at your house. The bouncer will be set up after payment has been received. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, checks (please note that there will be a $20 returned check fee) and of course, cash.
Weather: Since the weather is unpredictable, we have instituted a weather policy. If there is heavy rain, lightning or winds above 20 miles per hour, we will not set up the bouncer, since it is not safe to jump under those conditions. If the winds are over 20 mph or it is raining at your house 2 hours before the party is set to begin, call us and we will work out a mutually agreed upon plan--either a re-schedule date, delayed start, or move to a workable indoor facility such as a pole barn or gym. Such plans will have to work into our schedule as we may also have another rental miles away where the weather is fine. Overcast skies or just threatening clouds are not cause for cancellation. Once the bouncer is set up there are no refunds. |
Cancellations: You may cancel up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the event for a full refund minus 15%.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. However, if you must cancel within 14 days, you may re-schedule for a mutually agreeable date within 45 days. If the weather forecast the week before your event is for bad weather, you may re-schedule it without penalty within 45 days. Excessive cleaning charge: An excessive cleaning charge will apply if the bouncer is found to be unusually dirty. This would include crayon or magic marker stains, gum residue, food or drink spills, glitter, etc. Please ensure that children follow the rules. Supervision: The bouncer must be supervised by an adult at ALL times. If you would like to simply enjoy your party by circulating among your guests, we can provide you with a trained supervisor for an additonal charge of $15/hour. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you will need a supervisor. The bouncer must be located within 75 feet of an electrical outlet. The shorter the distance to the outlet, the stronger the air flow and the firmer the bouncer will be.
To prepare for the bouncer: • Prepare the area for bouncer set up by cleaning up all debris such as sticks, stones, twigs, pet feces, toys, etc.
•Turn off all sprinklers including underground sprinklers.
• Make sure there will be no trees or power lines overhead.
